Thanks for stopping by,  I hope you’ll stay awhile and look around!  My objective with this site is to make it a useful ‘tool’ in your search for real estate in both Orange County and LA counties. My career spans over a decade and has taken me from Westlake Village, San Fernando Valley, West Los Angeles and finally the South Bay and Orange County.  So, no matter where you’re considering settling or your curiosity is leading you, I can be of help to you.

This site is not about me, rather it’s about you.  Of course it’s a search engine for listings but, I hope you'll discover it’s more than that.  It’s also a tool for Sellers who are curious what their property is worth; and what  the current trends are in the domestic & International markets.
